Scarlett House, Primrose Cottage, Artsy Housewife and more!

We are having a very rainy weekend here in North Georgia plus we had an earthquake (4.1) in TN that was felt thoughout North Georgia this morning as well! While it evidently was shake, rattle and roll for many, I slept right through it!

Many new releases are showing up and so I wanted to share a few examples with you in this newsletter.

The Scarlett House

This designer never disappoints us and her latest release of four new designs is an example. She has released Hannah Hartley Cowgill 1835 that is an adaption of a sampler from her personal collection. It is wonderful and I think one of her best yet. She then offers Wallflowers which is full of color and whimsy that promises to be a joy to stitch. Patriotic Alphabet is the latest in her alphabet series that you all enjoy. This design is wonderful in that it does have the alphabet but also a nod to home, American Eagle and an American flag across the top of it all! Black Swan Pinkeep is certainly in step with the current swan designs swimming around now.

Primrose Cottage Stitches

Primrose has released three new patriotic designs giving us plenty of red, white and blue! American Celebration features a wonderful village scene all decked out for celebrating. American Alphabet features the alphabet of course but wonderful flags embrace the overall design. And American Ewe just makes me chuckle with the family of ewes waving the flag. Have fun with these releases.

Artsy Housewife

Always intriguing and never boring is Artsy Housewife designs. The latest three designs are Queenie (love that evil eye) with the most impressive Black Crow wearing a crown, Flora that features the most fun Owl design and a Quaker style To Remember You that you can stitch on any fabric or thread color of choice but the designer uses Weeks Dye Works Cocoa Linen that is just striking and features a gorgeous rose.

We continue to receive fabric shipments so do check our fabric category. The latest is Fox and Rabbit Baked Clay Linen (36 Ct and 40 Ct) that has been very popular lately.
