Nashville Market New Releases and More!

Greetings and welcome to one more shop newsletter advertising the new releases at the annual Nashville Wholesale Market the first weekend in March! I know I am getting alot of emails regarding this event so I wanted to make ours different and offer incentives (ok bribes perhaps) to pre-order from us. This event is a marathon so take your time placing your orders. I do not list anything for pre-order that is limited or an exclusive so you will not feel the pressure to order now. Once Market is over, I will list these type items as I get them in stock. I typically list even more items to our Market Page throughout the month of March.

The Market Event Mascot is the Bee so you will see alot of Bee inspired designs so read further to see what the Buzz is all about!

New Market Releases Pre-Order Incentives

The raffle for the $50 Gift Certicates have been quite popular at Stitch and Frog and the next winner could be you! Any single order over $100.00 (not combined) is eligible for the raffle drawing (done automatically). I am going to give away 3 $50.00 Gift Certicates (limit one per customer) and it will be easy to go over the $100 if you build your Wish List with us. This offer ends March 31, 2024 and the drawing will be April 2, 2024 with winners being notified by email.

Secondly, all orders over $125.00 (single order, not combined orders) get free shipping! We already offer great shipping rates below $125.00 ($4.95 flat rate but a few items, due to weight, may go over that amount). So, building your Wish List with us, adds more savings.

Then for all market pre-orders (single, not combined) over $35.00 will get a glass tube containing 5 Bohin Tapestry Needles, size 26 and depending where you shop, this is close to a $4.00 value (limit one per customer) - more savings and you always need needles with a handy way to store them. This offer ends March 31, 2024 or as long as supplies last but I think I am in good shape for you getting this free gift.

Please note: the shopping cart holds items for perhaps a day or so, then it is abandoned. So, if you are not ready to place an order, add the item to the Wish List and not the shopping cart. When ready to order, you can download those items from the Wish List to the Shopping Cart and then submit the order.

A Few Examples

I am always relunctant to add some of the new releases that have caught my eye but a few examples are Hands On Designs who just outdid herself with all her designs but I love Botanical Bee. Primrose Cottage Stitching has quite a few new releases and now two more of their popular Quaker designs (Patriotic Quaker and Spring Quaker). Glendon Place Alphabet Elegance deserves your attention as well. Samplers Not Forgotten is releasing several of her popular kits plus designs so it was hard to choose one but I love Violets so check out Violetta's Heart Kit as it is so sweet and an easy project to do for yourself or friend. Her kits contains all you need for finishing (you will add filler) and adding several of her kits will get you fairly close to free shipping and the Gift Certificate Raffle. Finally, I think Teresa Kogut wins the award for most new releases.

Just Nan

While this designer is not attending Market this year, she is offering her final bunny design, Rose Heart Bunny, and it is adorable with a bunny with its pom pom tail, pink floppy ears and a tiny rose quartz bead hanging around its neck. This is a limited item so order soon if you wish to have it in your collection.

Plum Street Samplers

A Fine Spot from Plum Street Samplers was announced as our exclusive design last year and I am offering it as the cross stitch pattern only with the link to add the Lady Dot Creates Trim Package that contains the Mossy Velveteen backing for the pinkeep as well as the Mossy Chenille Trim. The price to order both would cost more versus the custom pack she put together for us. And the Mossy Velveteen was also custom dyed for the design.

Lastly, no matter where you shop, have patience with all of us from designers to shops as this event always has sell outs and more charts have to be printed and the sheer volume of orders takes us all awhile to get completed. Historically speaking, I am typically at end of job by the third week of March with a few exceptions but I am happy to answer any questions you have regarding your order.
