Blackbird Designs and Nashville Wholesale Market 2026 Update #2

Greetings from North Georgia! So hard to believe that March is about to arrive but there are Robins in my yard today so Spring is on the way as well as the Nashville Wholesale Market being held the second week of March. Not surprisingly, many designers are releasing designs that focus on America's 250th Birthday and patriotic motifs. There are many but here are a few that has caught my eye. And hot off the press is a new Blackbird Design booklet.

Blackbird Designs

This wonderful designer has knocked off another winner! Please note that this item will ship to distributors after the Nashville Wholesale Market and not during the event. The cross stitch pattern booklet is 44 pages and contains 9 designs and is titled 'Remember Me'. 

America's 250th Celebratory Designs

No doubt the winner of all categories in this event is Plum Street Samplers' The Worthy Patriot. It is truly an outstanding and meaningful design. Plum Street also offers another from her Stack Series and that is Freedom Flock that will be a quick stitch to add to your collection.

Already available is Needle WorkPress' release of Centennial Eagle and is very popular that I have had to restock several times. This design marks America's 100th Birthday.

Summer House Stitche Workes has released the first design in a three part series that is titled 'Declaration'. The first release is Life and soon to be released will be Liberty and Pursuit Of Happiness. This latest series will be stitched with just two colors from Weeks Dye Works (Fathom, Cayenne) that will be perfect.

Annie Beez Folkart offers Liberty And Union with a wonderful sampler styled design with a white house being embraced by an American Eagle with Cherry Trees on each side and an urn below. And if you prefer a red house with Betsy Ross included, then Betsy's Sampler from Fox and Rabbit Designs is right up your alley. Go ahead and get both as you know will want to stitch them at some point.

New Spring Designs

Available now are two delightful designs titled Butterfly Meadow with the most adorable Bunny and Butterflies that are surrounded by the Alphabet. Then, there is another release from Waxing Moon's Saltbox Series. The very popular Halloween Saltbox is still available and now in stock is Spring Saltbox and will be just as popular. These two designs should get you ready for Spring!

Fabric

What could be more popular fabric to add to your stash is Patriot's Brew Linen and after a few months, 36 Ct is back in stock at this time but doubt it lasts long!
