Nashville Needlework Market 2016

It is time again for the Cross Stitch Industry Wholesale Market held annually in Nashville to begin. The dates are March 4th-7th, 2016 and I will be there as I go every year. I will not return to the shop until March 8, 2016. I am listing the new releases where I have pricing and they are noted as "Pre-Orders". Many designers (Blackbird Designs, Glendon Place) do not release photos or pricing until we arrive in Nashville so I will be updating the website on an on-going basis and at night during Market. I would recommend you build your Wish List for now with we offer in our website versus multiple orders but will leave that up to you. Where I can combine orders, I will do so but during such a hectic time, I may just not be able to do so.  If you need some items sooner than the "pre-order" items, please order those separately.

We have put a "Nashville Market 2016" box on the upper right of the landing page so you can easily view versus going through all of the catalog.

With Thy Needle and Thread is releasing twelve new cross stitch patterns. One of my favorites is " Where Hearts Restbut they are all just wonderful. Then there is Plum Street Samplers who is releasing six new designs. My favorite as of now is "Betsy's Tart". Stacy Nash Primitives is going to have a wonderful kit that is sure to be a sellout titled "Adam and Eve On The Farm" that will include the design, fabric, fibers and wooden tray.

A reminder to my long-time customers and new customers - orders will simply be delayed (this is true of all shops attending the event) as I will be out of the shop for four days and when I get back, I have to check in the inventory and then assemble orders. This simply takes time. In the past, I have gotten most orders out in two weeks. I will not hold up an order if I am missing an item or two if I know there will be a delay. However, if you want me to hold the order until all items are in stock, just note that in the comments field of your order.

Another gentle reminder regarding insurance. I offer insurance during the checkout process. Please consider adding insurance to your shipment. I am not responsible for loss or damage by the US Post Office. If you cannot afford for the shipment to get lost or have damage, neither can I. The insurance amount is a small fee in light of the overall order total. The other benefit is US Insured Mail gets sorting priority over non-insured First Class mail. Please consider paying for insurance.

So, stay tuned as the annual wholesale needlework market launches next week! If you have seen something you really want and I do not have on the website, then send me an email to so I can add. Marty
